Fly Ash Bricks Machines - 20,000 Bricks
Fly Ash bricks are made of fly ash, lime, gypsum and sand. The raw materials are blended in desired proportions in a Pan mixer for 4-5 minutes and compressed. They undergo curing for a minimum of 14 days and are then air dried for 7 days. Strength of these bricks can be engineered by varying the compositions.
It is called fly ash because it is transported from the combustion chamber by exhaust gases. Fly ash is the fine powder formed from the mineral matter in coal, consisting of the noncombustible matter in coal and a small amount of carbon that remains from incomplete combustion.
Fly Ash produced at Coal based Thermal Power Plant, is a resource material for Cement industry and building products manufacturing units. It is also being used as one of construction material in Road and Fly over embankment construction and thus helping to save earth and degradation of good agricultural land.

No separate mold required for 4-inch or 3-inch height. Bricks height can be maintained by using height maintain blocks.

0.01-unit electricity consumption per brick, comparatively 3 times less than Vibro press machine.
